Refund/Exchange Policy
At Angie Luxe CO., we strive to provide efficient and amazing customer service to all of our customers. Due to the nature of the products that are sold on this website, all sales are final.
For orders to be successfully processed, billing and shipping information MUST match. In any instance where the information isn’t matching, order may be canceled & refund will be process to cardholder.
If there is any issue made on our part, please email us at shopangieluxe@gmail.com to resolve any problems. If there is anything that you are dissatisfied with about your unit, we will fix the issue. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your unit to us.
If you by any chance receive the wrong package (highly unlikely), we will gladly accept the hair back in return for your correct order. The products/Hair MUST NOT be altered and in the same condition its been received. We will DECLINE the return if the items aren’t in their original state.
